Times Cloud Atlas (Guangzhou) held the themed event "Stories from the 1980's" in this August at the Sales Gallery decorated in the 1980's style. The event included an exhibition of the objects from that age and classic game experience sessions. The event refreshed the vivid memory of the customers from that time and, thus, contributed to successful deals.

The modern 1980's

A huge steam locomotive was set up on the square in front of the Sales Gallery to attract the passes-by. The Sales Gallery itself was engulfed with the atmosphere from the past: the 1980's scenario exhibition showcased the typical objects and fashionable decoration at that time. Many customers were fascinated by the exhibition and took photos in the Sales Gallery, which helped to promote the event and the project.

Cartoon stickers, cartoon books, cassette recorders, clockwork toy frogs, the model of Mr. Black, a famous cartoon figure from the 1980s known as a black cat working as a policeman, are among the other things and memories of the 1980's that was revitalized inside the Sales Gallery. The customers said that the exhibition reminded them of their childhood and the memory that they would love to share with their friends and children.

Games from our childhood

Game also played a major role on the event. The Sales Gallery of Times Cloud Atlas (Guangzhou) also presented the classic games that we used to play during the golden old days, including the Super Mario, Fishing Contest, and the Shark Bites. The simple but interesting games made the customers spent much longer time at that Sales Gallery.

"Cloud Atlas Store" coupons for snacks were given out as the prizes for the customers who passed the challenges successfully. They could exchange from the store the TaTa Chewing Gum, Mi-Mi Prawn-flavored Snack, Bok Bok Sing snack, and the "super hungry-killer" - E-fu Noodle and other snacks that could refresh our memory of the childhood. "The same old taste" was the comment from the customers.

The vintage event to bring back the memory of the people who were born in the 1980's at Times Cloud Atlas (Guangzhou) successfully aroused the resonance from the targeted customers and helped to promote the sales of the project.
