Times Bridges (Zengcheng) unveiled its sample apartments with fine decoration on 29^th August. Charmaine Sheh, actress of TVB Hong Kong, joined the opening ceremony despite the shower and the yellow storm warning on that special day. Charmaine's arrival attracted nearly 5,000 fans to the Sales Center of Times Bridges (Zengcheng).

The square in front of the sales center was packed with the fans of Charmaine around 2:00 p.m. on the very day. The performance by the foreign band raised the curtain of the ceremony. Around 3:00 p.m., Charmaine's car appeared at the scene. Screams from the fans suddenly burst out. Charmaine entered the sales center accompanied by the staff and started her tour from the sand table model.
