While Changsha, known as the Star City, embraced its golden autumn, a charity auction of children’s drawings also welcomed its opening at the sales center of Times King City (Changsha) by a 40-thousand-square-meter lake. From collecting drawings from our little artists to the open voting session on Wechat recently, it took nearly one month to finish the prelude of the event. Today, the final voting and charity auction marked a complete success of the event.

A fierce online voting started in the wake of the collection of drawings. The little artists and their parents actively appealed for support online, and philanthropic people also voted for the entries they favored.

At 10 a.m., the sales center was crowded with even more caring people from all walks of life. They were attracted by the top 30 drawings displayed, and came to cast their precious vote. According to the result of both online and offline voting, 17 award-winning works stood out.

The auction was the most exciting part of the program illustrated by the winner paintings and the enthusiasm of the philanthropist whose offer went higher and higher as the event climbed to the climax. The 17 award-winning drawings were all sold out, and ten thousand yuan were raised for the Heng'ai (Eternal Love) Nursing Home for the Handicapped.

They encouraged the kids to submit excellent drawings that fully exhibited children’s imagination and creativity, and let more people feel the care and warmth from the society.
