 “May we live forever, sharing the beautiful moon though being miles apart.” As the annual Mid-Autumn Festival set in, Times City (Foshan) prepared big gifts for its homeowners to celebrate the happy get-together: exquisite boxes of moon cakes and diverse activities. This Mid-autumn witnessed the joyful gathering of thousands of homeowners and the laughter of the partying neighbors. 

·The Sales Center of Times City (Foshan)

Starting from early September, Times City (Foshan) launched its activity to present delicate boxes of moon cakes to its homeowners as presents to express its heartfelt gratitude and best wishes to them. As the sales manager of Times City (Foshan) claimed, there were over 7,000 families now living at Times City (Foshan), and the moon cakes symbolized the care of Times City (Foshan) for them -- a token of the warmth of a big family.

On September 26^th (the day before the Mid-Autumn Festival), colorful activities for homeowners were held at the sales center of the project, including the birthday party for those born in September, the One-Yuan Home Appliance Auction that enabled the homeowners to get good bargains of useful home appliances, and the warming-up for the first sports game for homeowners where friends and neighbors competed with each other in the harmonious environment.

Times City (Foshan) started its Birthday Project from January this year to present birthday party every month for homeowners born in the same month. Gathering at the sales center, the guests play games, grab lucky money, blow out candles and make wishes to enjoy the wonderful moment together. Besides, the One-Yuan Auction also loads the baskets of the homebuyers with various types of home appliances. Ms. Xu, property owner of the Times City (Foshan) Phase III, told us, smiling, “I got a rice cooker at 34 yuan at the auction. It costs more than 200 in the supermarket. The activity held in the Times City (Foshan) was really nice.”

The first sports game of Times City (Foshan) will kick off on October 1^st. It is open for sign ups now. (Homeowners can fill in application forms at the sales center or the property management centers of the community.) Competitions will include tug-of-war, skipping, basketball and other games. There will also be fun game stalls to meet different exercising needs of the homeowners.

Besides spectacular events on the scene, Times City (Foshan) will also launch another 29 new buildings for homebuyers during the Mid-autumn Festival. The fully-decorated and practically-designed apartments ranging from 85 to 113 m² neighbor the New Power Plaza, the Cultural Activities Center, the Water Culture Promenade of the Damian Stream, and the provincial-level Beijiang Primary School, and are surrounded by all the supporting facilities alongside the Xinan Road and the Xiqing Road.
