The apartments of Times King City (Zhongshan) Phase IV were delivered on 29^th September. On the first day of the delivery, the new homeowners were welcomed with the considerate service provided by the engineers from Times Property and Times Property Management Company during the process of acceptance and contract signing.

Last but Not Least

Times King City (Zhongshan) is the high-end residential complex developed by Times Property in Zhongshan City. The whole project covers a floorage area over 560,000 m² and was divided into four phases. A total 1,135 apartments with two to four bedrooms and ranging from 82 to 143 m² of Building No.15 to Building No. 22 were delivered to the customers. Times Property has been exerting great efforts to make the last patch of the project to be perfect.

Multiple Rehearsals and Process Testing

To give the homeowners an ideal home, the Project Department carried out several rehearsals on the delivery process to check on the issues such as leaching, empty dump, and cracks and rectified the problems accordingly.

The staff who would participate the delivery process also checked the guidance for the vehicles, the entrance and exits security check points, reception for the customers and the one-on-one process for registration. The engineers also showed their support by joining the service team in the rehearsals. Besides, they also participated in the cleaning of the corridors, lobbies and basement to ensure that every corner was spotlessly clean. The property management staff also prepared and categorized all the materials and documents needed for the delivery.

Process Notice Beforehand

The process flowchart was sent out together with the acceptance notice to let the homeowners get familiar with the whole processx, the materials needed and the fee charged before they came. Since 70% of the homeowners of the project Phase IV would came from the areas out of Zhongshan City, transportation guide was also prepared for the customers to find their way more easily.

Friendly Environment

All staff experienced by themselves the setting of each step to make sure that the whole process would be smooth and friendly for the customers. They also set up a wall of lucky money for the homeowners as an auspicious sign for their settlement in the complex. Additionally, a DIY Fan booth was also established for customers to kill time while waiting. The simple but elegant and warm design of the registration areas was especially crafted for creating a comfortable environment for the homeowners.

Customer-service staff helped the homeowners to go through the whole process of the acceptance with the assistance from the project management staff. The engineers also accompanied the homeowners for the apartment check-up to collect feedbacks and provide explanations. All the effort was paid back with the high recognition from the customers.
