Cornerstone Laying Ceremony for Times Long Island (Guangzhou)
The cornerstone laying ceremony for Times Long Island under Times Property Guangzhou Company (South) was held at the project’s site on the Jingang Avenue, Nansha District, Guangzhou on the morning of October 13th, 2015. Ms. Li Weihong, General Manager of Times Property Guangzhou Company (South), Mr. Zhang Peng, Chairman of Guangzhou Jiachuang Group, leaders of the Dongguayu Village Committee, leaders of the Baitengjiao Village Committee, and colleagues from Times Property and Guangzhou Company (South & North) attended the opening ceremony.

The project was officially launched with the excitement of fluttering flags, hanging pompons and popping firecrackers. Led by Ms. Li Weihong, all the colleagues present at the ceremony performed the traditional incense-burning blessing ritual. Then, they enjoyed a feast of roast pigs and roast chicken, and also ate apples (Ping Guo), a token for safety (Ping An). The opening ceremony for Times Long Island was thus wrapped up in an aura of festivity and harmony.

Times Long Island (Guangzhou) was located on the Jingang Avenue in Nansha District, the central axis of the free trade zone. With the Lion King Park lying eastward and the Nansha Golf Club southward, Times Long Island is surrounded by large areas of mountain forests. The project also boasts intensive road network, prosperous business circles, picturesque landscapes and complete supporting facilities. The total area of the project is around 220,000 square meters and the floorage is around 70,000 square meters, with a greenery coverage of 30% and a FAR at 3.1.

Times Long Island (Guangzhou) is the third benchmark community constructed by Times Property in Nansha, following Ocean Times (Guangzhou) and Times Cloud Atlas (Guangzhou). Times Long Island will carry on the craftsmanship of Times Property and follow its model as a life stylist.
