Times City (Foshan) delivered the apartments of Building No.29 - No.31 of Phase III to new homeowners from 16^th to 22^nd October 2015. The project planned to deliver 478 apartments of Phase III this time in addition to the already-delivered 4,500 unites to the proprietors. Times City (Foshan) completed the delivery process within seven days with high efficiency inside its five-star club. Currently, there are over 10,000 people living in this largest residential complex in Foshan with an occupancy rate exceeding 80%.
