Ocean Times (Guangzhou): “Welcome Home” to Homeowners of Building No.11-13
The staff of Ocean Times (Guangzhou) welcomed the homeowners back to their home in Building No.11-13 of Phase IV on November 12th - 22nd. The well-organized product delivery process, including the contract signing, apartment inspection, confirmation, and the lucky draw, showcased the diligence of the staff of Times Property as well as their persistence in providing quality products and services to our customers and in bringing the ideal life to more people.

The delivery lasted for eleven days and all homeowners were satisfied with the services. Such great success could not be accomplished without the joint efforts of staff of Ocean Times (Guangzhou) and the guidance of Li Weihong, General Manager of Times Property Guangzhou Company (South), and Mr. Huang Suiyong, Vice General Manager of Engineering.

When homeowners first arrived at the registration area, they were greeted with considerate services from our staff to welcome them home. Then, a flow chart explaining the delivery process, the convenience card for homeowners and a welcoming letter from Ms. Li Weihong were handed over the homeowners, which made them very much delighted and feel at home.

After the registration, homeowners could have a brief break and enjoy the dessert prepared by the staff while waiting for the designated inspection specialists who would accompany them to inspect the new apartments.

As impressed by the service, the homeowners soon became friends with our staff. Thanks to that, the whole process of inspection went on smoothly.
