The delivery of the apartments of Building No.2-5 and Building No.10-12 of Times City (Foshan) Phase IV officially started on 19^th November 2015. The 11-day delivery was held in the commercial property at the South Gate of the development, and more than 800 new homeowners were received at Times City (Foshan). Before the onsite delivery, the designated stewards for new homeowners made appointments via phone calls to arrange the visits from 29^th to 28^th according to the originally plan. But as requested by most of the homeowners, the project was finally extended to 29^th when more customers were greeted with our warm welcome.

The welcoming and warm environment onsite in addition to the clear signage for customer’s convenience double ensured smooth delivery process during the 11 days. The delightful music floating in the background created a joyful atmosphere in the complex to welcome the new masters of the apartments. Banners reading “Welcome Home” were hung up as sincere greetings from Times City (Foshan) to all homeowners.

During the process, Times Property Foshan Company and Times Property Management Company joined hands with other related departments together to support the successful delivery and to pave the path leading the homeowners to their sweet home. One-on-one inspection engineers were also appointed. All homeowners were impressed by the orderly organized arrangement including identification verification, apartment inspection, delivery procedure, and key handover, and satisfied with the quality services and apartment.

After the delivery, the homeowners were invited to the lucky draw specially designed for them to give out brand home appliances as a surprising gift on the special occasion when they moved in to their new apartments.
