On December 4, Times Cloud Atlas (Zhongshan) Phase I organized the first round of apartment delivery. The Sales Center of the project set up a warming and welcoming environment inside to receive the new homeowners with delicious desserts and tea. In addition, lucky draw was also prepared for every successful delivery to give out brand home appliances as a surprising gift on the big day for every homeowner.

Repeated Rehearsals for Perfection

In order to give homeowners the best products, the Project Department simulated the delivery process in each apartment to be delivered to their new masters to check on the leakage,  hallow or cracks.  All these problems were noted down during the pre-delivery checks and were rectified immediately.Repeated Rehearsals for Perfection

To ensure smooth delivery, all staff involved in the process participated in the rehearsals to ensure that every detail would be perfect. The checked on the vehicle flow control, entrance and exit ID verification, customer reception, one-on-one delivery procedure and one-on-one inspection service provided by professional engineers. In addition, they also organized a “mine-sweeping mission” to clean the areas such as corridors, halls and basements. Property management staff also prepared all the document and organized all information to get ready for the big day.

Pre-delivery Notice for Homeowners

Staff sent the new homeowners both the notice for delivery and a flow chart explaining the process helping them to get the information and charging fee ready for the official process. Appointments through phone calls and messages were also made to help customers avoid waiting.

Welcoming Atmosphere

The staff of Times Cloud Atlas (Zhongshan) checked every details again and again to make sure that everything would be perfect to make the homeowners relaxed and delighted. On that very day of delivery, all staff, including the receptionist, salespersons, security guard on the parking lot, and even the housekeepers, greeted the homeowners with smiles and a warming “Welcome come home!”. This was from the bottom of the heart of Times team working at Times Cloud Atlas (Zhongshan) to all homeowners.
