Times Laguna (Zengcheng) has enjoyed enthusiastic praise since it entered the market during the fourth quarter. Thus the project establishes a new high ground for innovation and entrepreneurship among premier overseas Chinese talents. In the future, driven by the innovation of high-end overseas Chinese, Zengcheng Economic and Technological Development District will become a center of innovation for all of Guangzhou.

Two sections of the "Xintang-Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport-Guangzhou North Railway Station" railway, from Xintang to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport and from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport to Guangzhou North Railway Station, have simultaneously entered the construction phase. Scheduled to open in 2019, the 77.573-kilometer line will interconnect the districts of Zengcheng, Huangpu, Baiyun and Huadu. It will comprise the northern section of the Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen Intercity Railway, serving as a significant part of an intercity rail transportation network for the Pearl River Delta. The neighboring Zengcheng Economic and Technological Development District Station--and the neighboring Times Laguna (Zengcheng)--will experience dramatic appreciation when the northern portion of the intercity railway is completed and Pearl River Delta becomes an essential transportation hub.

The forty-sixth session of the fourteenth Standing Committee of the Guangzhou Municipal People’s Congress was one in which the Guangzhou Development and Reform Commission issued its "Scheme for New Round of Construction and Planning of City Railway System in Guangzhou," which includes a construction plan for the period 2025 to 2030. Metro Line 23 will start at Xiangxue Station in Luogang District and proceed through Zengcheng Economic and Technological Development District to the village of Guanhu. 

Times Laguna (Zengcheng) is situated near Entrepreneurship Station on Metro Line 23. Upon the completion of that line, more developers will seek projects in Xiangshan New Town and establish supporting amenities, thereby promoting the region's exciting development.
