The newest edition of the largest, most influential annual print publication, "Guangzhou Daily Pearl River Delta Property Market Board," was released on December 25, 2015. As a result of the one-month judging--which included the pre-registration, selection, voting and expert review phases--four-bedroom, two-living room and two-bathroom house types of 113 square meters at Times Riverbank (Foshan) were collectively distinguished as a "Five-Star House Type."

Times Riverbank (Foshan) was a remarkable performer in the hotly contested competition. A four-bedroom unit was designed with an area of 113 square meters, giving a sense of expansiveness to the space while emphasizing utility and cost-effectiveness. Similarly, the reasons that Guangzhou Daily honored Times Riverbank as the "Five-Star House Type" are as follows: "A large house type is created within a finite space. Moreover, the four-bedroom unit covers a floor area of 113 square meters. The four-bedroom, two-living room and two-bathroom design, with the inclusion of a transept, allows a large living room to connect the balcony, from which one enjoys a panoramic river view. Additionally, the multifunctional room can be reconfigured as a study, thus allowing the owner to enjoy private reading time. The house types at Times Riverbank (Foshan) are utilitarian, so, in addition to the 113-square-meter type, the ratios of saleable area for house types of 82 square meters and 93 square meters also exceed 80%. The 82-square-meter, north-facing unit with three bedrooms, two living rooms and one bathroom is an exceedingly rare house type in Jinshazhou.
