"Gratitude for Your Walk with Times Property": 2015 Community Building Year-End Award and Return Banquet for Owners was held on December 27 at the Woxiang Cultural Jasmine Hotel. Times King City (Changsha) embodied the achievements of 2015 in the "Livable Times Property, Happy King City" community-building campaign and commended the development's many outstanding owners.

Since the launch of the "Livable Times Property, Happy King City" campaign, Times King City (Changsha) has carried out events such as the Community Building Initiation and Owners' Gathering, Community Volunteer Service Station Inauguration Ceremony, the Fourth Owners' Basketball Tournament, Children's Painting Contest and Charity Auction, a visit to Heng'ai Care Center for People with Disabilities, Owners' Culinary Skill Sharing and Mid-Autumn Festival Gala, various golf-experience activities, the Double Ninth Festival of Care for the Elderly, Community Used Item Disposal and Lei Feng Team Establishment Ceremony, a badminton tournament, and other events and activities. Collectively, the events encourage harmony, friendship and trust throughout the neighborhood, not only among the owners between also between owners and property management.
