Times Laguna (Zengcheng), over the three-day New Year's holiday period of January 1 to 3, 2016, launched its inaugural Hot-Air Balloon Festival with the theme "Look up, and Walk in the Air." The event was so eagerly awaited that the sales center at Times Laguna (Zengcheng) was said to have welcomed more than 1,000 groups of visitors. In any case, the scene was vibrant from start to finish, and people rushed in for the chance to ride in a hot-air balloon. From the lofty vantage point thus provided, they could survey the majesty of Zengcheng and savor the magical romance of life among the wispy clouds, beneath an azure-blue sky. It was a memorable time for all.

·The Event

The Dorayaki DIY and hot-air balloon DIY activities proceeded smoothly, thanks to careful on-site preparations. Participants, guided by the patient instructors, gave free flight to the imagination and conveyed sincere joy to their family members. The balloon animals deftly created by the clowns were colorful sculptures of squeaky, bouncy fun.

Many of the prospective customers who visited Times Laguna (Zengcheng) said its gardens and greenways stood out on the basis of the artistry and execution. The applicable theme recalls the "petty bourgeoisie," in which each step through the gardens is designed to reveal a delightful new perspective. When shuttling through waterscapes and sculptures, one can experience inviting new scenes. All this is enhanced by the Mediterranean-style pool, which encourages one to feel as if he or she is part of a classical painting. 

·The Event

Among the various house types, the one most favored by clients is the four-bedroom, two-living room and two-bathroom unit of 113 square meters. For young families, the design makes excellent use of space, providing comfort for a family of four. The excellent lighting and ventilation are added factors in its appeal. So far, the three-day "Look up, Walk in the Air," the first-ever Hot-Air Balloon Festival of Times Laguna (Zengcheng), has been seen as a resounding success.
