A ceremony in celebration of work commencement on the Huadu Project of Times Property Guangzhou Branch (North) was held at 10:00 a.m., January 27, 2016. Guangzhou Branch (North) General Manager Li Shao'ai, staff from the Group Project Management Center and the Investment and Development Center, partners in the parcel of land, and the entire staff of Guangzhou Branch (North) gathered to share this important moment.

The ceremony was launched amid the sound of fireworks and the enthusiastic cheering of everyone from the Guangzhou Branch. The leaders, all of whom were present at the site, faithfully observed the ritual of work commencement, such as firing a salute and cutting the roasted piglet, doing so in order to encourage success in the project development.

The commencement rite was followed by a sumptuous luncheon, which was held to the delight of all colleagues. Mr. Li Shao'ai, the general manager of Guangzhou Branch (North), delivered a speech, expressing high expectations for the Huadu Project and wishes for outstanding sales.

Huadu District, originally a city, was formally established on May 21, 2000. It has earned a good name as Guangzhou's northern gate and "backyard garden." The district has four subordinate streets and six subordinate towns, and Times Property's Huadu Project--which is located in the Xinhua Subdistrict--is adjacent to the new airport. Moreover, it's connected to the capital of Huadu District in the north, next to Jianggao Town. It's adjacent to Baiyun District in the south, to the Guangqing Expressway in the west and near the new airport terminal in the east. It takes only 10 minutes to reach the business circle of the Huadu capital and 15 minutes to reach Wanda Cultural Tourism City. Baiyun Airport is just 20 minutes away, too, thus proving the project's excellent location. The whole Huadu Project, being adjacent to Tourism City, the new airport terminal, and business circles new and old, represents tremendous commercial value. Surely the Huadu Project will be a standard of success in the near future.
