A memorable highlight was "Crazy Money Counting on Goddess Day," a WeChat game developed by Times Long Island (Guangzhou). Thus, during the Goddess Day event an iPad was linked to a large flat-screen monitor, providing a great opportunity for buyers to experience the speed and energy of "Crazy Money Counting."

The Central Bank's policies designed to reduce the required reserve ratio, issued at the beginning of the month, and the Guangdong Provincial Government's easing of restraints on home purchases encouraged a peak in the Nansha market early in 2016. Moreover, Times Long Island (Guangzhou) witnessed its first peak period of customer visits for the year.

The housing market in Nansha reached unprecedented volume in 2015, doubling that of the previous year. Nevertheless, home prices in Nansha remain the lowest among the three major free trade zones of Guangdong, thus implying the immense potential of appreciation in the area's housing market.

Times Long Island (Guangzhou), with an array of outstanding resources, resides in the future "golden corridor" of Nansha, ensuring its popularity among buyers who seek appreciation in addition to a great lifestyle.

Times Long Island (Guangzhou) connects to all directions, being ideally located along Jingang Avenue, the medial axis in the Nansha Free Trade Zone. The community is equipped with bus stations, and projections indicate that Hudiezhou Station on Guangzhou Metro Line 15--which will become operational in 2020--will be readily accessible to the community. The surrounding business amenities are well developed, and Huahui Plaza, Jinzhou Business Circle, Wanda Plaza and other business circles in central Nansha are just five minutes away by car. Moreover, the project is furnished with a one-kilometer commercial boulevard whose distinctive features ensure a comfortable life of leisure and convenience. Of particular interest is the natural environment in which the development is situated. Huangshanlu Forest Park, the Butterfly Park and Municipal Park are all nearby, and each offers its own beautiful characteristics. From the project, one can see the only 36-hole golf course on Nanshan Mountain. From that perspective, the Lion Ocean can also be seen in the distance.
