Event Specially Designed for Tree-Planting Day Held at Times Long Island (Guangzhou)

Spring returned to Nansha, Guangzhou, in March, ushered in by the misty rain of March. The marketing center of Times Long Island (Guangzhou) savored the fragrance of spring with a special event under the banner "For a Greener City and a More Beautiful Life" in celebration of Tree-Planting Day. Numerous visitors were drawn to the Tree-Planting Day DIY and Creative T-shirts Design events.

People in attendance at the event were given the opportunity to draw exquisite patterns on the blank t-shirts as they pleased. They were also encouraged to place their plants in the soil as an expression of a fresh, healthy life. Tree-Planting Day advocates a greener, more healthful lifestyle, and accordingly it embodies the quiet elegance and freedom of Times Long Island (Guangzhou).

·Scene of the Event

Nansha's housing market has been red-hot since the 2015 inauguration of the area's Free Trade Zone. In fact, its record-setting transaction volume was double that of the preceding year. Times Long Island (Guangzhou), characterized by a rich abundance of outstanding resources, resides in what is sure to become Nansha's "golden corridor," making it the place everyone will want to be.

Times Long Island (Guangzhou) is convenient to transit in all directions and all modes, being ideally located along Jingang Avenue, the medial axis in the Nansha Free Trade Zone. The community is equipped with bus stations, and projections indicate that Hudiezhou Station on Guangzhou Metro Line 15--which is set for launch in 2020--will be within a ten-minute walk from the community. The nearby commercial amenities are comprehensive, and Huahui Plaza, Jinzhou Business Circle, Wanda Plaza and other business circles in central Nansha are just a five-minute drive from the development. An additional, important feature of the project is its kilometer-long commercial boulevard, whose varied offers ensure greater convenience and pleasure in daily life. Of particular interest is the natural environment in which the development is situated. Huangshanlu Forest Park, the Butterfly Park and Municipal Park are all nearby, and each conveys a particular sense of beauty. From the project, one can view sole 36-hole golf course on Mount Nanshan, while in the distance one can see the Lion Ocean.

Times Long Island (Guangzhou) is now actively promoting very well appointed two- and three-room units ranging in size from 89 to 127 square meters. The quiet luxury and expansiveness of the homes--with their north-south orientation--are enhanced by a view of the Huangshanlu Forest Park landscape. Balconies invite pleasant viewing and the chance to savor the invigorating breezes.

Times Long Island (Guangzhou) is also promoting shop spaces of 31 to 107 square meters, all with street frontage. The units, with ceiling heights of up to 6.1 meters, offer flexibility of configuration and can be used for a wide range of potential operations, from catering to fashion and more. Thanks to the project's location in Nansha's central lifestyle/leisure district, it's a richly rewarding site for more than 1,000 homeowners and their families. Moreover, the development is adjoined by several mature communities that, individually and collectively, represent an enviable degree of purchasing power. Thus, there has been considerable demand for the shop spaces since their launch. Now, for the lucky few, they're on sale.
