The evening of March 20, 2016, brought a spectacular event, when Times Riverbank (Foshan) partnered with the superstars of "Friends," Andy Hui, Edmond Leung, William So and Dicky Cheung, to offer the Guangzhou and Foshan fans sweet reminiscence of the early teen years. Moreover, it was a feast for the senses, held on the lawn at the heart of Jinshazhou, a place that crosses Guangzhou and Foshan. 

·Scene of the Event 

The music of the popular Hong Kong-based group expresses the sentimentality of love, doing so with one rich moment after another. Thus, as the emcee's introduction concluded, Andy Hui took center stage and performed two touching songs–"Wholehearted Love (真心真意)" and "Mud (烂泥)"–which brought the audience back to the days when their life was, perhaps, less complicated.

"Who did ever care about how I felt, treat me tenderly and kiss my wounds? The comfort I got was none other than the gratitude for healing her broken heart like a faithful dog saving the master..." Edmond Leung, with his famous "Seven Dwarves (七友)", struck a chord with the audience members, many of whom couldn't resist the temptation to sing along with him. 

·Scene of the Event 

The music continued with increasing passion among the audience. The fans seethed with excitement as William So launched his classic tune, "Kiss More, Sadden More (越吻越伤心)." The affectionate melody became the common memory that everybody shared. Following this were "That Somebody (那谁)" and "It's Hard to Love Someone (爱一个人好难)," by which William So told the audience one moving story after another.

Dicky Cheung, ready for a grand finale, gently strode out upon the stage amid cheers from the crowd. At once the atmosphere heated up, as the singer wove his tale of romance. Cheung, heralded as a "wizard of an entertainer," made an indelible impression, just as he has with his characters "Monkey King," "Wei Xiaobao," "Zhang Sanfeng" and "Hua Wuque." Whether he sings or acts, it's always thrilling. He sang a few of the most popular numbers, including "Monkey King (高高在下)," "Whoever You'd Like Me to Be (你爱我像谁)" and "A Dream in a Lifetime (一辈子一场梦)," taking the concert and the audience to the pinnacle of the evening.

The evening drew to a close, leaving an abundance of youthful memories. The hooks from all those great songs resounded in our ears, and communally we experienced again the yearning of youth. We looked toward the stars for a glimpse of life's perfection while around us stood the amazing Times Riverbank (Foshan), a place that can materialize all the aspirations of our early years.

Times Riverbank (Foshan), located along the upper reaches of the Guangzhou Pearl River channel at the core of Guangzhou Jinshazhou, boasts riverbank resources that outshine even those of Zhujiang New Town. The project, encompassing more than 1,000,000 square meters is the embodiment of a central-riverbank artistic residential community. Thus it represents the epitome of human habitat in Jinshazhou.
