On the morning of March 19, 2016, the opening ceremony for the Qiaonan project of Times Property Guangzhou Branch (South) was held at the site located in the south of Nanqu Park, Fuxian Road, Qiaonan Sub-district, in Panyu District of Guangzhou. Ms. Li Weihong, general manager of Times Property Guangzhou Branch (South), Mr. Liao Haowen, director of the Qiaonan Sub-district Office, and Ms. Zhou Aijun, member of the Qiaonan Sub-district Party Working Committee, as well as leading officials and staff representatives of Times Property Guangzhou Branch attended the event.

Colorful banners and balloons waved in the air,  resounded with the noise of firecrackers. Ms. Li Weihong, leader of the project on behalf of Times Property Guangzhou Branch (South), together with the staff members in attendance, burned joss sticks as a traditional ritual to ask for blessings. Subsequently, they shared roasted pig, chicken and apples, which collectively represent safety and security in China. The ceremony concluded in happiness and joy, marking an auspicious start to what will surely be an outstanding development project.

The Qiaonan project is located at Fuxian Road in Qiaonan Sub-district, south of Nanqu Park and north of the Shawan waterway. The planned area and floor area are about 64,000 square meters and 210,000 square meters respectively.The greening rate is as high as 30%,while the plot ratio is 3.4:1. 

The Qiaonan project is Times Property's third flagship project in the Panyu District, along with Times Bund (Guangzhou) and Times King City (Guangzhou). Like all Times developments, it is based on the "life stylist" concept, in which the goal is to help more people achieve the life to which they look forward.
