The Foshan branch’s Haisan Road project was officially launched on April 12, 2016, including a grand commencement ceremony at 10:15 a.m. Senior officers of Times Property Group, including Times Property Foshan Branch General Manager Zhou Siyang, Foshan Branch Deputy General Manager of Marketing Zhang Huabin, Foshan Branch Deputy General Manager of Engineering Yu Yongguang and General Manager Ms. Ruan Yumei of the Foshan branch of Times Property Management, attended.

Brightly colored flags waved in the sky amid the noisy spectacle of fireworks, to the amazement of the assembled crowd, as the commencement ceremony began. The senior officers burned incense and cut roasted piglet, as in the customary ritual, to wish for the success and prosperity of the Haisan Road project. Afterward, all guests present shared the gourmet food. The atmosphere was joyous, and a group photo was taken to commemorate the occasion. At the conclusion of the event, the senior officers gave “red commencement packets” to all the guests.
