A commencement ceremony of phase-IV Times King City (Zhuhai) (Riverbank Grace Court) was held at the western end of Xinke 1st Road, Baijiao Town, Doumen District, Zhuhai on April 16, 2016, at 10:30 in the morning. Mr. Chen Weizong, general manager of the Zhuhai branch, the senior managers of all departments and the entire staff of Times Property’s Zhuhai branch witnessed the moment that heralded the much-awaited start of development.

The ceremony opened amid the sound of fireworks and enthusiastic cheering from the Zhuhai branch staff. Mr. Chen Weizong, the leading officer of Times Property Zhuhai Branch, led the group through the commencement ritual, and their joyful presence symbolized all that can be achieved through a united effort. Subsequently, the roasted piglet was cut in expression of the wish for success in this new project.

Phase-IV Times King City (Zhuhai), the Riverbank Grace Court project, is located west of Xinke 1st Road, Baijiao Town, Doumen District, Zhuhai. As a sub-project of Times King City (Zhuhai), the Riverbank Grace Court will become the area’s largest benchmark high-end residential complex with its 17,791.1-square-meter plot coverage. The planned purpose of the plot is for commercial application combined with residential use.
