The commencement ceremony of the Times King City (Changsha) Phase III project was held to the south of Phase I at No. 208 North Jinxing Road, Wangcheng District, Changsha, on May 24, 2016. The ceremony was attended by the entire staff of Times Property Changsha Branch's Project Department as well as leaders and staff of the pile and earthwork construction units.

The commencement ceremony started amid bouquets of balloons, the fluttering of colored flags and the crackling of fireworks. Times Property Changsha Branch Project Manager Li Jia led all the staff members in attendance through the traditional ritual of burning incense as a request for blessings. The commencement ceremony for Times King City (Changsha) Phase III concluded successfully in happiness, peace and solemnity.
