Times Property took part in the "SouthChina Key Real-Estate Corporate Accounts Exchange" event held on September21, 2016, by the Property Financial Business Department of Ping An Bank. Onthat occasion, Times Property and Ping An Bank officially entered into an RMB10 billion strategic cooperative agreement.

The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. NiuJimin, executive director of Times Property and general manager of the Financialand Capital Center of Times Property; Mr. Sun Dongchao, head of the CapitalCenter of Times Property; Mr. Liu Mintang, president of the Property FinancialBusiness Department of Ping An Bank; Mr. Qiu Jie, vice president of the PropertyFinancial Business Department of Ping An Bank; and Luo Jun and Zhu Wei,assistants to Mr. Liu Mintang.

As representatives of Times Property and Ping AnBank respectively, Mr. Niu Jimin and Mr. Qiu Jie signed the agreement.

The agreement between the two powerhousecompanies symbolizes the establishment of a strategic cooperative partnershipthat will lay a solid foundation for deeper, more extensive cooperation.

Ping An Bank initiated the reform of itsProperty Financial Business Department in 2013. Currently, that departmentworks closely with China's top 100 and leading regional real-estateenterprises. The department's overall investment in assets of the real-estateindustry now exceeds RMB 380 billion. Times Property, as one of China's top 100real-estate enterprises, has long enjoyed a solid relationship with Ping AnBank. The enhanced cooperation and closer collaboration between the two partiesserve as testament to the results that mutual reliance and development canbring. Thus the agreement opens a new chapter full of bright promise forcontinued success.
