On December 4, 2016, a delegation of six government officials from Shanghai's Yangpu District, including Deputy Mayor Tan Bing, Yangpu District SASAC Secretary Zeng Bing and Yangpu District Finance Bureau Deputy Director General Dai Lifang visited Times Property, where they were received by Time Property Board Chairman Shum Chiu Hung, his assistant Liang Hui, Mr. Strategic Project Business Department Deputy General Manager Liang Xiongwen, Strategic Product Design Center General Manager Chen Hongrong and others. Chairman Shum Chiu Hung extended a warm welcome to the visitors, after which he introduced the office environment and facilities of Times Property Center (Head Office).

Later in the visit, officials from the two sides convened a meeting in the thirty-eighth-floor conference room, where Chairman Shum Chiu Hung and Strategic Project Business Department Deputy General Manager Liang Xiongwen introduced the strategic layout of Times Property and the Times industrial sector, respectively. Yangpu District Deputy Mayor Tan Bing pointed out that industrial development is the future trend, in the process referring to Shanghai's characteristic town projects. Additionally, he offered valuable suggestions on the development of industrial projects. Subsequently, the two sides held a friendly exchange of views on Yangpu regional and industrial project development.

Later, Chairman Shum Chiu Hung showed the officials around the Culture Complex, where they introduced its design philosophy and described the park's construction. The visit was an ideal opportunity for the two sides to exchange their ideas in depth. Accordingly, the government officials lauded Times Property for its practical experience in the renovation of old villages and plants, and offered wishes of continued success for the company.
