Times Property, with a bid of RMB 3.138 billion and a commitment of 600 square meters of public facilities for talent housing (equivalent to a floor price of RMB 9,869 per square meter, excluding the cost of construction for talent housing), won a residential plot on the East Third Ring of Xiaotang in Shishan Town, Nanhai District, on January 16, 2017. The plot offers 117,893.4 square meters of buildable area with a plot ratio of 2.7 and a total gross floor area of 318,551.1 square meters.

The plot is adjacent to East Third Ring Road. To the east there is the soon-to-open Nanhai People's Hospital in the east, a wider green belt to the south and roads under construction in the east and west.

The nearby Guidan Road connects to Haiba Road. Both are expressways that facilitate quick, direct access to central Guangzhou, Chancheng and Guicheng. Thus it takes just 30-35 minutes to travel from the plot to Fangcun Metro Station in Guangzhou, or 20 minutes to reach Qiandenghu Lake. At the same time, the plot is only six kilometers from Foshan West Railway Station of the Guangzhou-Foshan-Zhaoqing Intercity Railway.
