The 2017 Foshan Charity Awards ceremony was held on February 11, 2017, in front of the Foshan City Government Auditorium in recognition of organizations and individuals who have charitably contributed to the public welfare. Mr. Lu Yi, secretary of the CPC Foshan Municipal Committee and director of the Standing Committee of the Foshan Municipal People's Congress; Mr. Zhu Wei, city mayor and secretary of the CPC Foshan Municipal Committee; and other members of the leader group attend the ceremony, where they helped present the awards. Times Property was, in turn, given the "Red Rose" award. Mr. Liang Xiongwen, general manager of Times Industry Group, was present on behalf of the company and graciously accepted the award from Secretary Lu Yi.

The leaders and guests followed the ceremony by joining the 2017 "Warm and Love Foshan: Lantern Festival Charity Culture for Everyone" event. As always, the gathering called on everyone to contribute his/her share to people in need, doing so by way of incorporating traditional folk customs into public charity so as to promote the benefits of traditional culture and a positive, benevolent attitude.
