"I Have a Date with Spring--The Beauty of Xianlu Island": Foshan Branch of Times Property Launches a 13-km Hike
The 13-km hiking tour, dubbed "I Have a Date with Spring: The Beauty of Xianlu Island" and sponsored by Times Property, concluded on March 11. The event was well received, enjoying the participation of thousands of people. Together with them, the staff from Times Property appreciated the rustic scenery of Xianlu Island, in Lishui Town. It was an opportunity to savor the authentic landscape and customs of Foshan, and accordingly the hike promoted a greener, more healthful lifestyle.
The participants from both Guangzhou and Foshan began to arrive at 9 a.m., but the persistent drizzle couldn't diminish their enthusiasm for the day. The launch ceremony was kicked off with a beautiful dance performance, and then the features of Xianlu Island were introduced through a stage play performed by actors. After the performance, the leaders and guests set down their potted plants to signify the official start of the hiking tour. The event bore the theme, "I Have a Date with Spring: The Beauty of Xianlu Island."
The participants, prior to the hike, warmed up with a hilarious "chicken dance" taught by a professional instructor in a pleasant atmosphere. There were five tasks throughout the journey, and each participant could have his or her hiker's passport stamped after finishing each task. The participants relaxed and enjoyed themselves by singing along the way and experiencing the impressive views of the island's scenery, including a vast expanse of stunning coreopsis and rapeseed flowers.
The hiking tour had many highlights, including some interesting tips for burning off calories, a concert held in the Xianliao Sea of Flowers, and a flower-planting activity in which people sowed their seeds along their course through Xianlu Island.
The senior officers and staff of Times Property, which sponsored the event, also played active roles. Times Property always advocates a healthy lifestyle for all its staff, and accordingly Zhou Siyang, general manager of the Foshan Branch, set an example for the staff by finishing the 13-km hike with ease.
The sponsorship of the hiking tour was also a testament to the strong rapport between Times Property and Lishui Town. Times Property has actively endeavored to enter the market in the boundary area between Guangzhou and Foshan as well as in the latter's Chancheng and Guichen g area, having established three developments in the boundary zone. In December 2016, after 117 rounds of bidding, the Foshan Branch of Times Property won a plot in Denggang, Lishui Town, Nanhai District, with a bid of RMB 1.68 billion plus public facilities of 2,000 square meters, equivalent to RMB 12,688 per square meter in terms of per-unit floor space. Thus it was suggested that Times Property would stage a comeback to Lishui Town several years after the Times Sweet House. Moreover, it was Times Property's third plot acquisition in 2016.
It is believed that in the upcoming event--"Times Property · Beautiful Foshan · Pressing Forward: 50-km Hike in Foshan in 2017," Times Property will continue its commitment to the creation of a distinctive civic identity and the continuous enhancement of community life. Consistent with its "life stylist" concept, Times Property strives to meet every customer's quality requirements with craftsmanship while promoting urban development through the use of responsible, people-oriented technology.
