Times Riverbank held the first thanksgiving feast of the new year on February 18, 2017, treating the distinguished owners to a fantastic evening of fun and celebration. The delicious food and wonderful performance were enjoyed by a large group of attendants, and throughout the event Times Property convey its gratitude to the owners for their loyal friendship.

Times Riverbank Phase II Opening Ceremony of Thanksgiving Feast for Owners in Spring started promptly at 7:00 that evening. All the seats were taken, and the owners heartily indulged in the festivities. In addition to a wide variety of delicious entrees, there were marvelous performances and a lottery drawing for brand-name goods as an extra surprise for the owners. As is appropriate to the theme, "A harmonious gathering in Times Riverbank to welcome the warmth of spring," the feast will last for six weeks. With the feast, Times Property thanked the owners for their abiding support and expressed the hope that they would always sense the dedication of Times Property.

Many owners followed the meal with a visit to the sample rooms of Times Riverbank (Phase II), where they showed keen interest. Situated in the Jinshazhou area, Times Riverbank (Phase II) boasts a two-kilometer riverside landscape and stands at the confluence of three business districts. Based upon its offering of homes with riverside landscape--a rarity in the area--the premises has been very well received. The project, featuring homes with area ranging from 95to 140 square meters and sweeping views of the riverside, was unveiled on February 11.

The thanksgiving feast not only revealed the sincerity of service for which the Foshan Branch is known but also helped the new premises attract greater public attention, thus furthering the public's support for Times Property.
