The Wine Charity of Joyous Night for Celebrities," organized and hosted by Times Property, was unveiled at the Marketing Center of Times Masterpieces (Foshan) on February 18, 2017. Elites from all social circles were invited by the company's Foshan Branch to attend the feast, the highlights of which were to be collection-level wine tasting and a charity auction. The wine charity again embodied Times Property's dual role as an artistic inspiration and a philanthropist.

A professional wine instructor was in attendance to describe and convey the art of tasting collection-level wine. Moreover, there was a charity auction in which the discontinued, and now rare, Lafite luxury cushion diamond ring were auctioned. The proceeds from the auction were donated to the Zhonghe Ciyuan China Foundation for Dream Fulfillment.

The wine-tasting and charity auction was undertaken by Times Property, hosted by Oway Chamber of Commerce, and organized by Zhonghe Ciyuan China Foundation of Dream Fulfillment together with Gelailisi Wedding Planning. Most of the distinguished guests were VIPs of the Oway Chamber of Commerce and elites from various social circles. Additionally, the auction items included three bottles of classic imported wine offered by Mr. Chen Houru and three diamonds provided by CT Diamond, the largest supplier of loose diamonds in Foshan. All of the items were successfully auctioned. The wine-tasting and charity event embodied Times Property's mission of cooperation with social elites to advance the undertaking of philanthropy.
