A commencement ceremony for the Times Peak (Foshan) Project was held on March 21, 2017, at 11 o'clock in the morning. The happy event was attended by Foshan Branch General Manager Zhou Siyang; Mr. Zhang Huabin, deputy general manager of marketing of the Foshan Branch; Mr. Yu Yongguang, deputy general manager of construction of the Foshan Branch; Mr. Xiang Jie, general manager of Design and Development Center of Times Property Group; and other senior officers.

The crowd stood in awe of the brightly colored flags and crackling fireworks as the ceremony began on the morning of March 21. The senior officers burned incense and cut roasted piglet as part of the customary ritual, expressing wishes for the success and prosperity of Times Peak (Foshan). Finally, the guests shared piglet and apples and received lucky money. The atmosphere was one of celebration and good cheer, and it all concluded with a group photo of the personnel and guests.

Times Peak (Foshan) Project is situated west of the Xiaotang Third Ring Road of Shishan Town, with a superior location and convenient transportation. With the opening of the Foshan West Railway Station this year, it takes just 20 minutes to reach the center of Guangzhou. The new Foshan Metro lines 3 and 4 are also scheduled to open nearby. Moreover, the surrounding area boasts a wealth of amenities, including the new site of Nanhai People's Hospital (currently under construction) and educational resources such as Experimental Kindergarten of Western Shishan Town, Xiaotang Middle School and Primary School of Central Xiaotang Town.

The commencement of Times Peak (Foshan) demonstrated the vigor of Times property and full speed and strength, and accordingly it served to enhance the company's brand influence in Foshan and the Pearl River Delta. As always, the project will provide more people with the life they can look forward to.
