To answer the calls for targeted poverty alleviation from the central government, Hunan Province, Changsha City and Wangcheng District,on the morning of March 25, 2017, the campaign entitled "Thousand People Learning from Lei Feng and Charity Bazaar at Shibadong Village for Targeted Poverty Alleviation" was held in the forecourt of Marketing Center of Times King City (Changsha) in Wangcheng District,Changsha City. The campaign was initiated by Hunan Charity Federation and Changsha Municipal Committee of Communist Youth League and co-sponsored by Times Property, the Changsha Civilization Office and the Hunan Province Sanxiang Care Volunteer Association for Women andChildren.

More than 1,000 people attended the activity, including notables such as Mr. Liu Mouyi, director of the Hunan Charity Federation; Mr.Kang Ran, deputy secretary of the Changsha Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League; Mr. Lu Ruixiong, winner of the Chinese Good Fellow award; Mr. Yi Rong, of the Hunan Province Sanxiang Care Volunteer Association for Women and Children; Mr. Dai Jinliang, deputy general manager of Times Property Changsha Branch; Ms. Luo Yumei, of Times Property Changsha Branch;  Mr. Zhou Liren, deputy head of the Wangcheng District Publicity Department; Mr. Jiang Bo, director of the Wangcheng Civilization Office; Mr. Mao Ke, secretary of the Wangcheng District Committee of CYL; Mr. Li Wei, president of the Changsha Youth Volunteers Federation; Mr. Guo Ronghui, secretary of the CPC Working Committee of Yueliangdao Subdistrict; and Mr. Qu Jianjun, secretary of Huangshiling Community. Additionally, therewere students and teachers from Xing Cheng Experimental Primary School of Wangcheng District in Changsha, cadets from Changsha Aeronautical Vocational and Technical College, owners from Times King City (Changsha); and philanthropists from all neighboring communities.

Mr. Guo Ronghui, secretary of the CPC Working Committee of Yueliangdao Subdistrict extended the opening address to thank people and companies from all walks of life for their care and support on behalf of impoverished regions. He expressed hope that the activity would motivate the power of action among enterprises and general society so that they could offer advice, help eradicate poverty and encourage development in Shibadong Village, Xiangxi.

Mr. Dai Jinliang, deputy general manager of Times Property Changsha Branch, said that because Wangcheng is the hometown of Lei Feng, a Chinese national hero, every person and company should bear the responsibility and obligation to carry on his mission. "It's our obligation, our duty, to answer calls for targeted poverty alleviation from President Xi Jinping."

Following the example set by Mr. Lu Ruixiong, who was honored with the "Chinese Good Fellow" award, the assembled group solemnly readan oath of the "Learn from Lei Feng" initiative. Thus they made a serious commitment to learning from Lei Feng and being worthy inheritors of his spirit. From him, we will acquire the dedication to serve people and helping others as we contribute wisdom and strength to the prosperity and development of China.

The history and present of Shibadong Village were described to those in attendance at the campaign. The village is located within a territory of Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture located in western Hunan Province. On November 3, 2013, President Xi Jinpingfirst put forth the "Targeted Poverty Alleviation" initiative during an inspection tour of the area. He also made important instructionsof "be down-to-earth, act according to local conditions, give qualified guidance and implement targeted poverty alleviation." The agricultural products of Shibadong Village are high in quality, and accordingly the village representatives brought organic pork, duck eggs, bacon and honeyto display and sell for charity.

Times Property has always welcomed its social responsibility by offering more people the life they have looked forward to. Consequently, the company spares no effort to embody the virtue of corporate social responsibility. It devotes considerable energy and resources to charities and gives back to the community with sincere action. In this campaign, Times Property and Times Property Management actively called on staff to take part in the bazaar. In all, RMB 25,000 of produce was purchased from the people of Shibadong Village.

Targeted poverty alleviation is, of course, more than a charity bazaar or a campaign. It's meant to function as a mechanism for lasting poverty alleviation. To establish that mechanism, Times Property, along with Huangshiling Community, set up "Shibadong Village LovingStation for Targeted Poverty Alleviation" at the Times Public Service Center and held an inauguration ceremony on the site. It is hoped that, through the establishment of the station, a bridge can be created between the homeowners of Times King City (Changsha), caring people throughout the greater community, and the residents of Shibadong Village. Part of the effort is to identify proper sales channels for the agricultural products in order to ensure the alleviation of poverty.

In the campaign, students and teachers from Xing Cheng Experimental Primary School of Wangcheng District, in Changsha, gave a wonderfulperformance together with women from the Lei Feng Service Team of Times Property.

Changsha certainly counts beauty among its virtues. Through this campaign, we have created an atmosphere of learning from Lei Feng andexpressed love from people of all walks to the residents of Shibadong Village. Later on, Times Property will adhere to the philosophyof "love, commitment and creation," extending practical guidance and support to disadvantaged groups. We establish ourselves in society with sincerity and give back with love. We devote ourselves to the mission of targeted poverty alleviation.
