"To Be with You" Times King City (Changsha) Community 2016 Annual Dinner Held Successfully

On the afternoon of January 7, Times King City (Changsha) "To Be with You"--the first Times King City community 2016 annual dinner--was held ceremoniously on the forecourt of the Marketing Center of Times King City (Changsha). All new and veteran owners in the neighborhoods gathered together to welcome the arrival of the New Year by singing and dancing, giving recognition and awards, and holding a lucky drawing.

Origin: To greet the Times owners, and build a harmonious neighborhood  

Time flies, now we've come to 2017, and the Times community has gone through five years in a blink of an eye. After five years, with their ups and down, the Times community ushered in many new friends. In order to thank all the owners for the support and help with the work of building the Times community over the years, Times Property held the first Times community annual dinner 2016 to celebrate the new year, and commend those heroes who made contributions to the community quietly in 2016.

Annual dinner: Wonderful performances, interactions and a lucky drawing

The annual dinner started with a wonderful opening video, then the guests watched a happy VCR, which inspired the Times family to relive the warmth of 2016. The video reviewed every moment of the Times community from construction and development to now a rich and colorful community. Every picture, every familiar face has resonated the new and veteran owners. Everyone got emotional, and applauded warmly.

Mr. Qu Jianjun, secretary of Huangshiling Community, Wangcheng District, and Mr. Shu Su, general manager of Times Property Changsha Branch, in their addresses at the dinner, described the significance and achievements of the Times community construction. Additionally, they thanked the new and veteran owners for their support over the years, and wishing every guest a happy New Year.

The first show in the annual dinner, "Did You Receive My Blessing," brought waves of warm applause from the audience. Then came a series of well-rehearsed, fully choreographed performances staged, including a chorus, tai chi performance, dance and more, giving the audience a feast of sight and sound.

The lucky drawing was an essential feature of the annual dinner, and it heightened the excitement. The big screen would roll the lucky drawing from time to time throughout the evening as the show continued. Accompanied by the continuous action on the big screen, several awards were given to the new and veteran owners, spreading cheer to all.

Awards: Salute those community heroes who made contributions quietly and shared their prosperity with Times

The focus of the annual dinner was the awards session to commend the groups and individuals for their quiet, sometimes anonymous contributions to the community's construction in 2016. They were a group of enthusiastic volunteers, participants and servers who remained active in community construction. Thanks to their presence, the atmosphere of fraternal cooperation was immeasurably strengthened.

At the Times community annual dinner, the leaders of the community and Changsha Branch presented the awards, such as the "Charity Figures of the Year," "Art Activists," "Building Charity Ambassadors," "Lei Feng Service Team" and "Charity Group." Not only did they receive trophies, but they also got cash bonuses. After receiving the awards, the award-winning representatives brought enthusiastic response from the audience with their sincere acceptance speeches.

The curtain came down on the Times community annual dinner 2016 with a harmonious, warm, joyful group photo. Again, we thank every guest, new owner and veteran owner for coming. We appreciate your support and help with the work of the Times community building over the years.

The New Year is a new starting point. We work together with a common goal, doing so in the hope that the Times community will have a better tomorrow.
