A grand ceremony to mark the commencement of phase VIII at Times King City (Qingyuan) was held under refreshingly sunny skies on December 28, 2016. Times Property Group Vice President Bai Xihong; Mr. Li Ding, general manager of the Material Procurement Center of the Group; Mr. Shum Siu Hung, general manager of the Dongguan Branch; Mr. Yu Fei, general manager of the Qingyuan Branch; and all the area staff were present for the day's excitement.

The setting was made festive with decorations of flowers, colorful ribbons and a red ground covering. At 10:15 (traditionally considered an auspicious moment), Mr. Yu led the staff in lighting incense and praying for a lucky commencement and success for Times King City (Qingyuan) Phase VIII of Times Property Qingyuan Branch.

Mr. Yu, in his speech, introduced the Times King City (Qingyuan) Phase VIII, the Times Flower City Phase II and the Feilai Lake project, depicting a more promising future and a broader platform of Qingyuan Branch with the phrase "three blessings." The staff in turn expressed confidence that the construction would ensure the highest levels of quality and efficiency so as to achieve profitable sales volume.

All the guests shared delicious food including roasters, rooster and apples and Mr. Yu distributed cash gifts among the guests. Additionally, a group photo was taken. Then, amid a great salvo, the commencement ceremony of Times King City (Qingyuan) Phase VIII of Times Property Qingyuan Branch came to a close.

Times King City (Qingyuan) is located in the core area of the Qingyuan's "Eastward Expansion" development strategy, and the project's construction area totals approximately 1.1 million square meters. With RT Mart and City Plaza standing across Shidai Bridge, there is easy access to the Affiliated Elementary School of South China Normal University and a community kindergarten.  The official commencement of Times King City (Qingyuan) Phase VIII signifies the commencement of all the planned phases of the Times King City (Qingyuan) project while it also indicates the transformation of the project into a well built premises with abundant room for all the accoutrements of daily living.
