With the expectation from the vast number of owners, buildings 7 to 12 of Times Flower City (Qingyuan) were delivered on a large scale beginning December 15. During the delivery period, approximately 1,000 owners completed the formalities of home delivery and thus joined the greater Times family.

On the first day of the delivery period, the Times Property staff, customer-service staff of Times Property Management, and the third-party home inspectors skillfully provided considerate reception service, showing care and concern while ensuring a premier service experience for the owners in the process of home inspection and delivery.

The delivery center was crowded with owners eager to complete the delivery formalities. With genuine hospitality, the staff guided the owners through the process and helped them finish the formalities. The entire system was viewed favorably by everyone involved.

Apart from patiently answering all the questions raised by the owners, the staff led the owners through the handling of related formalities in the contract signature area, in accordance with the designated procedure. The contractual step, including the signature of documents, handling the formalities of management service and accepting the keys, was implemented in the form of one stop service. The tasks were all concluded in a pleasant but orderly manner.

In the delivery, we arranged well organized activities for the owners, including a lottery drawing, and created a joyous atmosphere in the delivery center.
