From November 30 to December 14, 2016, homes in buildings 16, 17, 22 and 23 of Times King City (Qingyuan) were delivered to their new owners. Throughout that period, the expectant owners would assemble outside the delivery center at 8:00 in the morning. Inside the center there was an air of great anticipation, as the staff of various departments had prepared everything for handover. Particularly, the professional home inspectors served all the owners with tremendous enthusiasm.  

The owners who wanted to handle the delivery formalities entered the delivery center one after another. From reception to demonstration, from home inspection to contract signature, all the departments were in place and all the tasks were finished in an organized manner. The staff involved in the procedure patiently answered the questions from their clients, thereby ensuring a pleasant experience for the new owners.

The delivery period spanned 10 full days. The overall procedure including the registration and demonstration of clients, the financial review, the key acceptance and home inspection was implemented in a way that ensured one stop service, so of course the delivery center was configured for optimal efficiency. A panel showing the delivery procedure was placed in the center of the area so that the owners could familiarize themselves with it. Under the guidance of the staff, the owners successfully fulfilled their purpose. Additionally, they were able to see the quality homes and facilities offered in their new community, and everyone could appreciate the professionalism and commitment of Times Property.
