A unprecedented commencement ceremony for Chashan and Shipai projects of Dongguan Branch was held on the morning of December 3, 2016.Dongguan Branch General Manager Shum Siu Hung, Deputy General Manager Huang Manquan, other management and all employees witnessed the historic moment.

The sun shone brightly that day, illuminating the red carpet as colored flags fluttered in the breeze. At 9:38 in the morning, the commencement ceremony for the Chashan project kicked off with a blast of guns and enthusiastic cheering. General Manager Shum Siu Hungled the traditional incense-burning ceremonial blessing, after which he sliced toasted piglet and chicken with all his colleagues. While they shared the deliciousfood, they prayed for the smoothness and prosperity of the new projects. They then headed to the site of the Shipai project after taking a group photo to mark the occasion.

The commencement ceremony for the Shipai project was officially launched at 10:38. Mr. Shum Siu Hung, along with all the employees, burned incense and sliced a toasted piglet to wish or the prosperity of the project. Then the guests, imbued with feelings of hope and happiness, enjoyed the toasted piglet and received lucky money amid a cheerful atmosphere. At the end, the guests came together for a group photo, marking a successful conclusion of the commencement ceremonies for the Chashan and Shipai projects.

The Chashan project is located in the Chashan central residential area, a sub-center of Dongguan City, where it encompasses 42,000 square meters and represents a floor area of approximately 110,000 square meters, ultimately offering a superior location and fully equipped amenities. The central residential area is close to Dongguan Railway Station, which is the main hub of Dongguan Light Rail Line 2, and is adjacent to the business circles of Jiarong and Shilong Xihu. Upon the project's completion, it will set a new standard as a high-end project for commercial and residential use in Chashan Town when completed.
