In November, Opening Ceremony for Times Public Service Center at Huangshiling Community of Wangcheng, Changsha and "Be A Civilized Person for A Civilized City" Art Show was solemnly held. Relevant leaders attended the ceremony and witnessed, along with guests present, the official opening of the first service center created by developer and government in Changsha City.

The event started with brilliant opening dance, after which the host introduced the leaders and guests present at the ceremony. He invited Mr. Mao Ke, secretary of the Youth League Committee of Wangcheng District, Mr. Zhou Huijun, secretary of the CPC Working Committee of Yueliangdao Subdistrict, Mr. Qu Jianjun, secretary of Huangshiling Community, and Mr. Shu Su, general manager of Times Property (Changsha Branch), to join him on the stage and cut the ribbon. Then, as the host reached the end of the countdown, the leaders and guests cut the ribbon together, and a salute of colorful fireworks filled the sky, thus officially inaugurating the Huangshiling Community Times Public Service Center.

Subsequently, Mr. Qu Jianjun, secretary of Huangshiling Community, Mr. Shu Su, general manager of Changsha Branch, and Ms. Zhang Meihui, deputy secretary of the CPC Working Committee and director of the General Office of Yueliangdao Subdistrict, each made a speech congratulating on the opening and placing high hopes. After the speeches, an art show was opened under the banner "Be a Civilized Person for a Civilized City." Various performances went on at the spot, and the air was abuzz with excitement.

Times Public Service Center at Huangshiling Community, the first venue in Changsha created by Times Property and the government for the purpose of community member activities, represents an ongoing commitment to social responsibility and corporate mission, which are what a responsible developer should undertake.
