A commencement ceremony for Times Flower City (Qingyuan) Phase II of Times Property Qingyuan Branch was held as planned on the morning of April 13, 2017. Qingyuan Branch General Manager Chen Qike, along with Mr. Shi Lei, assistant to the general manager, Mr. Li Hongcan, the director of investment and development, Mr. Liu Shiqiang, the senior manager of the Flower City project and all the staff in attendance witnessed the exciting moment.

The ceremony got underway at 10:15, as Mr. Chen Qike led the staff in burning incense and praying for the success of Times Flower City (Qingyuan) Phase II. Subsequently, Manager Liu Shiqiang gave a speech, introduced the future development plan of Times Flower City (Qingyuan) of Qingyuan Branch to all the guests, and wished for a bright future on behalf of Qingyuan Branch.

The guests enjoyed delicious food, including roasters, rooster and apples, and Mr. Chen Qike distributed cash gifts. Additionally, a group photo was taken. Then, in a great salvo, the commencement ceremony of Times Flower City (Qingyuan) Phase II came to a close.

Times Flower City is the second "mega-residential community" development by Times Property in Qingyuan. It's located within the powerhouse zone of Guangzhou and Qingyuan, near the highway and high-speed rail, which connects the Guangzhou-Qingyuan Intercity Railway with Chimelong Resort in the south and Wanda in the north. In 2014, the project debuted in Qingyuan and immediately won the favor of the market. In 2016, Western-style houses were sold out and delivered with utmost efficiency. The project is close to the Yingzhicheng business district, surrounded by various representative companies in the professional sector. The Jiangnan Bus Terminal is under planning, and the project amenities are being developed. Thus, the commencement of Times Flower City (Qingyuan) Phase II is a key milestone for Times Flower City, which will soon become a mega-residential community. With the accelerated integration of Guangzhou and Qingyuan, Times Flower City (Qingyuan) Phase II embodies a collective hope for the future.
