Times Property Guangzhou Branch (South) and Bantou Village Committee of Nansha District, Guangzhou, held a grand commercial-property delivery ceremony for Times Cloud Atlas (Guangzhou) Project on November 11, 2016. Times Property Executive Director Shum Siu Hung attended the event along with Ms. Li Weihong from the Guangzhou Branch (South) and key officials from the CPC Working Committee of Nanshan Subdistrict Office and the Bantou Village Committee of Nansha District.

The commercial property of Times Cloud Atlas (Guangzhou) is the second successful case in a joint development effort between Times Property and Nansha District, being part of the "Currency Plus Property" policy promoted by the Nansha District government for reserved lands to be used by villages in the jurisdiction. Land reserved for development was provided by the village, and state-owned land listing assignment was conducted for joint development through the solicitation of investment. The commercial property has thus been delivered by Times Property to Bantou Village Committee for its use, which will enhance the value of the land reserved for the village, improve the citizens' income and contribute to improving the amenities of Nansha CBD. Moreover, it can provide rich community services for residents of the surrounding area and help promote Nansha as a subcenter in Guangzhou.
