The commencement ceremony for the Hengli project of Dongguan Branch was held in Hengli Town, Dongguan, at 10:00 a.m. on September 17, 2016. General Manager Shum Siu Hung of the Dongguan Branch, General Manager Chen Weizong of the Zhuhai Branch, other management and all employees gathered to witness the historic moment.

The ceremony opened in beautiful late-summer weather amid the sound of fireworks and enthusiastic cheering from the staff of the Zhuhai branch. As the leader of Times Property Dongguan Branch, General Manager Shum Siu Hung led the traditional incense-burning ceremonial blessing, after which he sliced toasted piglet and chicken together with his colleagues. While they shared the delicious food, they prayed for the smoothness and prosperity of the new undertaking. Then the guests, imbued with feelings of hope and happiness, came together for a group photo and received their presents of lucky money, marking the successful conclusion of the commencement program.

The Hengli project encompasses land area of 55,791.55 square meters, thus representing a gross floor area of 150,000 square meters.
