A commencement ceremony for the Changxin project of Zhuhai Branch was held at the construction site north of Jinhu Road, Sanzao Town, Jinwan District, Zhuhai, under sunny autumn skies on October 27, 2016. Zhuhai Branch General Manager Chen Weizong attended the event together with the branch's management members and all staff, as well as leaders from the Times Property Group's Material Procurement Center.

Red carpet covered the ground and colorful flags fluttered in the air as, at 11:45 that morning, the ceremony opened amid fireworks and enthusiastic cheering from the Zhuhai Branch staff. The general manager led the traditional incense-burning ceremonial blessing, after which he sliced toasted piglet and chicken together with his colleagues. Then, as they shared the delicious food, they prayed for the efficiency and success of the project. Afterward, the guests, imbued with optimism, came together for a group photo and received their gifts of lucky money. The Changxin project represents a milestone--a new standard---for upcoming developments in Zhuhai's Jinwan District.

Situated adjacent to Zhuhai Airport, the project is also close to West Lake Park and just six kilometers from the planned Jinwan Bridge. Consequently, it's blessed with convenient transportation and rich landscape resources. The project has great potential for development, because it lies within the radius of a zone encompassing "Jinwan Aviation City," "Waterfront at the end of the Baishui River" and "Central Urban Area of the West," which are being constructed by the Zhuhai government. The project will be surrounded by provincial-standard amenities for a quality life, including Jinwan People's Hospital, Jinwan No. 1 Middle School, Jinwan Primary School and Central Kindergarten of Sanzao Town, which are in the planning phase.

The project encompasses more than 50,000 square meters and represents a floor area of more than 110,000 square meters, thus boasting a plot ratio of 2.06. Accordingly, the Zhuhai Branch will carry on the "life stylist" philosophy, dedicate itself to the creation of a high-end community with excellent landscape resources such as Times Eolia City (Zhuhai)--a model community in Jinwan District--and provide more people in Zhuhai with the life to which they've long aspired.
