After nearly 2 months of preparation, the grand delivery of Times Flower City (Qingyuan) buildings 20 and 21 was accomplished during the period of July 14th through 20th, 2016.

The Times branch personnel, having warmly welcomed more than 3,000 new owners, accomplished their work in faithful observance of the Group's service-oriented mission.

Friendly, considerate staff paved the way for a cozy "journey home" for the owners.

The various departments of the Qingyuan Branch took up their duties and cooperated closely to ensure an orderly delivery procedure. The owners who wanted to handle the delivery formalities entered the delivery center one after another. From reception to demonstration, from home inspection to contract signature, all the departments were in place and all the tasks were finished in an organized manner. The staff involved in the procedure patiently answered the questions from their customers, thereby ensuring a pleasant experience for the new owners.

The scorching heat, which had continued since the beginning of the summer, couldn't defeat the staff's enthusiasm for work. This concentrated delivery lasted for four days, covering 256 residences in buildings 20 and 21, of whom 210 owners attended and 193 completed the delivery. The acceptance rate reached 92%, thus ensuring an ideal conclusion of delivery at Times Flower City (Qingyuan) Phase II.
