Buildings 6, 8 and 9 of Times City (Foshan) Phase IV were delivered to over 500 households from June 24 to 30, 2016.

To ensure a successful delivery process, the relevant departments (including those of Times Property (Foshan) and Times Property Management) made thorough arrangements to create a gracious homecoming for the owners. Appointed inspection engineers were assigned to owners to deliver one-on-one service. Times City (Foshan) Phase V provided the owners with intimate one-on-one service in all aspects when they entered the delivery site. The relevant processes, which included authentication, home inspection, procedure handling and key collection, were very efficiently managed. The professional but friendly home-delivery process, highlighted by thoughtful management service and good project quality, ensured that the owners would fully experience the happiness and warmth of being home.
