Buildings 1-6 and 16-17 of Times Flower City (Qingyuan) were delivered to the owners after careful preparation in the anticipation of all homeowners from June 20, 2016 to July 3, 2016. With the theme of "Welcome Home" and inheriting the "life stylist" philosophy, the entire Times Property staff worked day and night to present a satisfactory answer to homeowners with dedication and a gracious attitude.

"Welcome Home" banners could be seen everywhere at the delivery site, along with elegant red carpets, flaming arches, neat spaces and neatly dressed staff who demonstrated the excellent style and manner of Times Property. After completing the procedures, the construction and property-management staff accompanied the owners to inspect the units, with all procedures accomplished smoothly and efficiently.

The scorching heat during the delivery phase couldn't hinder the enthusiasm of the new owners, who were very pleased to "come home." In fact, they arrived en massed at the delivery scene very early in the morning. The environment was happy and pleasant, thanks to a joyful attitude.

Rice and cooking oil were given to owners who downloaded and scanned the exquisitely developed Neighborhood mobile app, an online community service platform as well as an offline "community life center" experience center. Umbrellas and other gifts were provided as long as property-management fees were paid on-site. The delivery service drew many owners to inspect homes and receive gifts, thus promoting the rate of home delivery.

To facilitate the delivery procedure, property-management staff provided assistance to each owner during the process from sign-in and home inspection to payment of the property-management fee, so as to ensure quality service for all. Banks were invited to issue bank cards at the delivery site in order to save owners from having to pay utility fees at the bank.

The first phase--Plot No. 1--covers a plot area of 70,000 square meters, and a gross floor area of 245,679 square meters, thus accommodating 3,192 households with a plot ratio of 3.5 and a greening rate of 30%.
