The early summer of June brings birds and flowers, but this season it also brought the first delivery of Phase I Times King City (Shunde). Times Property laid out the site with green trees, beautiful flowers and artistic sculptures to create a comfortable, heartwarming delivery environment. Joy was in the air, and the owners smiled happily as they experienced the moment.

The various departments, in preparation for delivery, practiced the process of acceptance many times in order to ensure that the owners would receive high-quality, memorable service. On the day of delivery, the staff were consistently enthusiastic as they provided the one-to-one service of leading owners through each step in the process. The considerate, careful service won the owners' appreciation and satisfaction.

Additionally, each owner was accompanied by a professional inspection engineer who answered questions on the spot to ensure confidence in the quality and comfort of life in the new home. Ultimately, Times King City (Shunde) was praised by the owners for its high-quality construction and outstanding service.
