Times Bund (Guangzhou) officially delivered Building 4, "Arch of Triumph," during the period of June 13th through 20th, 2016. An eye-catching welcome slogan and cozy guide signs were the first to greet people upon their entry at Times Bund (Guangzhou), embracing them with the community atmosphere of which the community is so proud.

On the first day of the delivery period, the Times Property staff, customer-service staff of Times Property Management, and the third-party home inspectors skillfully provided considerate reception service, showing care and concern while ensuring a premier service experience for the owners in the process of home inspection and delivery.

As a high-end project, Times Bund (Guangzhou) left no detail unattended in the procedure of customer identification through acceptance, thereby guaranteeing that each owner would have a satisfying home and experience.

Apart from patiently answering all the questions raised by the owners, the staff led the owners through the handling of related formalities in the contract-signature area, in accordance with the designated procedure. The contractual step, including the signature of documents, handling the formalities of management service and accepting the keys, was implemented in the form of one-stop service. The tasks were all concluded in a pleasant but orderly manner.

Upon the completion of home delivery, with the formal acceptance letter, the owners had a chance to win home appliances in a lucky drawing held in a specially designated area as a surprise from Times Bund (Guangzhou).
