A commencement ceremony for Times · The Shore (Qingyuan) Plot No. 2 of Times Property Qingyuan Branch was held on the morning of May 26, 2017. General Manager Chen Qike, all management members and all personnel from the Qingyuan Branch and guests from Times’ partners attended the ceremony, witnessing the exciting moment.

At 10:15, Mr. Chen led the staff in burning incense and praying for a lucky commencement and successful Plot No. 2 project. Subsequently, a speech was given by Li Hongcan, director of the Investment, Extension and Development Department, who introduced the future development plan for the Times · The Shore (Qingyuan) Plot No. 2 project to the guests and expressed the wish for a bright future on behalf of the Qingyuan Branch.

As the ceremony concluded, all those in attendance shared delicious food, including roasters, rooster and apples, and Mr. Chen distributed cash gifts among the guests. Additionally, a group photo was taken. Then, in a great salvo of applause, the commencement ceremony of Times · The Shore (Qingyuan) Plot No. 2 project was concluded.

Times · The Shore (Qingyuan) will become a mega-scale residential community. A project to be built by Times Property in the area of Feilai Lake and Wanda Plaza, in Qingyuan, Plot No. 1 is thus referred to as the Feilai Lake project, while Plot No. 2 is called the West Wanda project. The latter project, which has already commenced, is just west of Wanda Plaza, embraced by a mountain and lake to the north and accompanied by schools and hospitals to the west and south. The project, designed to feature high connectivity, rich amenities and beautiful landscaping, will lead the trend of high-end residential community development in Qingyuan.
