Start a wonderful life this midsummer!

Homes of Phase I Times Laguna (Zengcheng) (buildings 1-7) were officially delivered to owners in the 12-day delivery period starting March 11, 2017, thanks to extensive preparation by the staff of the Times Property Guangzhou Branch (East).

Always deliver quality surprising to the customer and service pleasing to the customer

In order to deliver satisfying services to the owners of 1,080 homes, appointments were made by telephone prior to delivery, and all attendance times were scheduled. Additionally, arrangements were made to guide and accompany the guests. Moreover, various desserts, ice cream and cold drinks were offered to ensure the owners' comfort amid the summer heat. The sincere smiles of property-management staff, the very considerate accompaniment of the home-inspection team from the Project Department and other thoughtful services facilitated a smooth, orderly process.

The smiles of satisfaction on owners’ faces embody the recognition of our work, and their praise is the best reward for our efforts.
