The great leap forward is not just about numbers. Each upward step in the rankings is a test of our solemn commitment to show "wholehearted care," as well as recognition for the company's scale, business performance, service quality, growth potential and fulfillment of social responsibility. What exactly did Times Property Management do to be recognized by industry insiders, experts and customers?
Working Hard on Power: A Gradual Expansion of the Market
Different from 2015 and 2016, in 2017 Times Property Management began to focus on external market expansion, particularly the Pearl River Delta Region. In the meantime, more and more small and medium sized peer companies joined the "integrated property-management intelligent ecological comprehensive management and control platform" in pursuit of better prospects together. Thanks to its quality management and control system, Times Property Management again made incredible progress in scale of expansion, growth rate and layout, ranking the second in the South China Region in terms of market expansion, and became an industry model of scale development.
Working Hard on Services: Bring Warmth into Your Life
Following a “property-management value-improvement project” in 2016, which focused on the overall upgrading of 25 services under major categories and 758 services under sub-categories, in 2017 a new value-improvement project was launched in order to "do one more thing for owners every day," which has strengthened the service team and helped incorporate the idea of active service into every link, every service of every service provider. It promised to do a thousand more things for owners every day, spanning community safety, environment, engineering, butler service, community culture and more, and always "return to the origin of property-management service" in order to build a more comfortable living environment with a bluer sky, greener mountains and cleaner water.
Walking Your Path: Make Life More Interesting
As a leading community operator, Times Property Management's self-developed Linglibang app can be regarded as a model for Community O2O.
In fact, within the two years since its launch, the registered users have exceeded 1.4 million. Values regarding the total amount of transactions, user growth rate, online platform transactions and customer activity have topped the list, far surpassing similar products.
Based on rich experience in community services, community mall, community tourism, community education, community health and community finance, the company has released more than 30 core service products: community intelligent supermarkets near owners' homes, ultra-preferential daily life shopping mall, seasonal travel products with a discount up to 50%, a new social model built by a like-minded partner, flexible and secure financial products, and more.
The company has been engaged in deep cross-sector cooperation. Following Neighborhood Departure, it has built the "Times Dreamer - second-hand housing transaction integrated service operation platform" in order to fulfill people's expectations for better housing and a better life. Additionally, there is a "Times Innovation Factory" via VR platform to help people become real masters of their homes.
Innovative Home: All-Intelligent Home Life
With constant reforms and innovation, the company has developed a new "integrated property-management intelligent ecological comprehensive management and control platform," which allows integrated coexistence of property-management enterprises, by the use of modern "Internet+" scientific and technological means. Also, for the first time it put forward the model of "property-management ecology," thus placing the industry in a complete ecosystem, covering four core parts, i.e., financial services, financial management, financial life and financial platform.
Smart access control has been introduced into Times communities so that owners can unlock by shaking their phones. A smart parking system was fully implemented, and the smart household system has begun to show its advantages. All this contributes to the creation of an intelligent community.
The industry's first "national integrated control command platform" was created in order to ensure the intelligent integration of on-site daily community service data, facilities and equipment data, and customer management data so as to rapidly solve the problem of synchronizing the linear control of enterprises while helping enterprises begin the transition to intelligent management.
Intelligent robots are making their way into Times communities and families. Because the four customized versions--the cleaning robot, customer-service robot, space-inspection robot and community-inspection robot--have reached the service standards and completed the debugging phase, the first fully intelligent community will soon be ready, bringing owners a new, all-intelligent mode of residential life.
