The Times Riverbank (Foshan) Delta Plot Landscape Project contracted by Dongguan Nongfang Landscape Construction Co., Ltd. was, in July 2017, honored with the "Gold Medal of China Quality Landscape Project" in the 2016 China Landscape Industry Quality Project Awards held by the Chinese Garden Association.

Times Riverbank (Foshan) Delta Plot Landscape Project covers approximately 40,000 square meters, including greenery landscape, hard pavement, small gardens, and drainage and lighting works. In order to ensure the highest-quality project, prior to the start of construction landscape engineers Chen Manzhi and Gao Junguo, of the Project Department, and Ye Qin from the Project Management Center instructed the contractor to establish a meritorious goal: to strive for a national-quality project, carefully organize and rationally schedule all construction work, and develop a properly-structured quality-control system with well-defined channels of accountability. Considering that the project is mainly distinguished by lawns, the Project Department organized the contractor's executives in order to study the construction techniques for golf greens and establish dedicated plans for difficult aspects that require a high-degree of technique in lawn construction.

All levels of management kept a close eye on the construction process to ensure that the lawn construction is in strict accordance with the construction plans and design drawings. Under the guidance of the management philosophy: plan, put samples first, track process, conduct inspection strictly and strive for a faultless score the first time. Thus, through means of standardized management, the managers at all levels strictly observed the quality standard of Times Property, formulated a series of quality-management measures such as the Quality Accountability Policy as they strictly enforced the QC policies of Times Property in regard to technology disclosure, site-supervision, model inspection and acceptance, and process inspection and acceptance. Consequently, a zero-defect quality project was achieved.

The year 2017 is the year of quality in the landscape work of the Group's Operation Center. Encouraged by the award, the landscapers at Times Property will endeavor toward perfection, striving to improve the project quality and management level of the highest standard and strictest requirements.
